I want to know if anyone else has trouble keeping up with life. I have CPTSD, ADHD, and some behavioral issues that make it difficult to keep track.

I have a hard time with life when its stress. I have ptsd anxiety and depression. So life is hard and very full. No room for anything else. Hugs.

Keeping track of things use to be a whole lot easier and then one day it seemed nearly impossible and never got easier for years, until I was properly diagnosed and medicated. Over last few months things have gotten tremendously better. But i aslo have accepted that i probably wont get fully back where it once was.
