Hey guys, I'm new to this so bare with me. My goal weight is 200 pounds and I am just getting started. So far so good, i drink only water and I have been exercising pretty well too but How do you stay on track when your spouse makes bad choices and is not dieting with you at all? There are soo many temptations in my kitchen and it's not fair of me to try to force my family to diet. Im struggling.

They don't have to diet, but they can help support you eating healthier. That means no more junk in the house.

Sometimes it takes time for the family to understand. But once they see your willpower they'll totally understand and will support you.
