Hello, I have not posted here before. What type of diets is everyone following? I am working on becoming vegan. Right now, I am still eating a little fish/seafood and dairy. I will be eliminating the dairy as soon as it is all gone from my kitchen. I hate to waste it, and I do have a weakness for cheese, but don't care about meat at all. I am also trying to eliminate sugar from my diet. When I go back to work on Monday form winter break ( I am a teacher) I will be using my school's athletic facilities to work out every chance I get. At the beginning of the school year, I walked the track everyday with my staff and special ed. students as part of their adaptive PE program. Now, it's too wet and cold out everyday. We work out inside, instead. I also plan to take my kids bowling over the winter, hoping to give us all some other indoor exercise and fun. What does everyone else for workouts? Is anyone in the South West area of Washington state and where do you work out?
