Trigger warning
Today and yesterday I have felt horrible. like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. i was emotional abused for years and now i'm beginning to think about her again. i try so hard to delete her out of my mind but i cant. Im so tired and drained and angry for what happened to me and theres nothing i can do about it. and now i just feel its easier to just end it all. I feel thats the only way out. i dont know what to do.
