i just got out of a mental hospital for the forth time it dident help what so ever nothing changed when i got back it all went back to the way it was before i left and now i just feel numb like i dont want to live nor do i want to die and i cant feel pain or joy anymore i think i need help i just dont know how to get it

Do you have a diagnoses? If you don't have a diagnoses or correct diagnoses then it would be hard to get the help you need. It's very important to know what you are dealing with. Sometimes the medicine isn't right or the dosage so that would need to be considered. If you ever want to talk about your diagnoses I'll listen and I'm sure plenty of other people here will listen as well.

@Littleturtle1000 i have PTSD and i think i have other mental ilness but the only diagnosis is PTSD

@CAMILLER2406 I'm sorry they wernt of any help to you that's got to be so discouraging because a person would think going into a hospital would help but then when it doesn't we can have thoughts like...I can't be helped if they couldn't help me. But sadly the fact is it happens all too often. You probably would get more out of one on one therapy specifically for ptsd. I'll support you so if you would like to pm some time you have to support me too. Google simple breathing techniques for anxiety and try a few different ones to see what is appealing to you. Start practicing them everyday even just 5 min can be beneficial.
