Hi everybody. It's been almost a month since I've been free from probation Which Feels good. I just can't get a break. I worked hard to pay off debts and improved my credit. Then... I attracted hackers. Everyday.. They break in to one of my accounts. They screw up everything and I spend all day fixing it. Today it was my phone. Now... I've got so many different passwords and codes to get into my accounts, I have to write them down and keep with me so I can get in to them. I had to delete everything from my phone. Then start reprogramming everything. I thought I was done. Hopefully this is it.
I'm tired and I just want to not worry about something all the time. I don't want them to screw up my credit or steal my money. That is what they are trying to do. Thank God my credit card declined on them. Right now, I still don't know if they got my new Credit card info.
I never had this happen until my credit score went way up over a few weeks time. So, I'm hoping this is it. :((

Hi @NoMoreWaiting... getting hacked is no fun. My reply isn't going to be mental healthish, but hopefully you don't mind if I reply with the only other thing I know in life - computers. As frustrating as it can be, having different passwords on every site is a really good thing. If you have one password (or just a couple) and one of the sites you use gets hit, the hacker then has your login credentials for all the other sites too! As you mentioned, having it on paper is really annoying (plus if you lose the paper or someone snags it it's a pretty lousy experience). One of the ways to manage this is to use a password management tool. I use LastPass (this isn't a plug, I promise) because it plugs (okay, it's a plug-in, but still - not a plug) right into your browser and there are mobile apps too. Using a tool like that (or any of the other ones out there, I'm just familiar with LastPass) can make life so much easier. I use it to keep track of other info too, such as pictures of my insurance card or license and things like that. Anyway, not a plug for a particular product, but just letting you know that there are some really great tools out there that can help you with your problem.

@notmyselfinmaine lol... Thank you. I am the opposite. I have little computer skills. I wasn't set up for that 2 step authentication process. Now that I am, that works. Except they tried to hack into my phone to get that access. I deleted everything from my phone. Then added back a few things.
Thank God... They finally gave up.
