Hello everyone,
This is my first post here. Currently I am feeling at my lowest which is what brought me here. I am a Single mom to my 3 month old son. I am just finishing a divorce from the father. I caught him cheating while I was 5 months pregnant. Going through pregnancy alone and now parenting alone has been extremely hard. I am very fortunate to have support from my family and I am thankful for that every day. My mental health has been at the lowest it’s ever been. I am trying to find motivation to keep going but often I am unable to find any. I know my son should be enough but the loneliness is often too much to handle. I often feel like he would be in better with someone else as a parent, someone who is happy. I’m looking for insight on how others have gotten through this.

21 hours agoSo sorry yes single parenting is very hard look for support groups and parenting class and new mommy clubs in your area,maybe some therapy maybe helpful because this is a loss in your life and you are grieving and that is okay.God got me through and still does not knight and shining armor has ever come however getting to know Christ has been way better had the man came I would have forgotten about God most likely. I can’t say what will work for you for sure I can only offer my experience,strength and hope in this area. I hope you find what you need to do what you must.
