I have had a very stressful few days. But I have not bought anything. Instead of hiding my stress and desire to shop , o have sent links to my supportive husband which honestly dissipates that rush I would get from potential purchases. He jokes about things and I feel nurtured instead of ashamed. I also have been meditating with our little ones and have been using those simple skills to handle tasks throughout the day instead of mindlessly letting it all pile up to a breaking point. So I’m stressed but better. And that feels good

So proud of you! You are finding ways to deal with all the little things that life throws your way and instead of dealing with the stress by shopping, you have found healthier ways to process. You should be incredibly proud of yourself.
