Hi! I'm new just today. Having to sort through my piles of clothes I had to take a look at my shopping addiction seriously for the 1st time...I have known for years I had a problem but it's easy to over look shopping when I have attended AA and NA ….but I often spend all I have and then stress till the next pay day...I am truly sick and tired of feeling feel and tired and overwhelmed with the shopping....I gotta get it together.

Thanks Grid for responding. Am starting a proper budget and am going to look into the sites you mentioned. Thanks. Why don't a few of us start an online zoom group about shopping addiction so we can support each other. It would be so helpful. What are your thoughts?
