Yesterday was so stressful and I was so scared but I kept my head held up high and stayed focused glad to know I made it ok nothing fresh!
Im very glad you didnt hurt your self, i think it always feels better when i dont :) i know how are it is not too, my list of copeing skills are listen to music, go on a walk, deep slow breathing, drink water, change you sinary, txt/call people, type on her, crisis line, play with my animals, and remeber those negitive thoughts arent true, most things are your own perception and reaction :) I wish you well!
