Trigger Warning
This is my first time and I am really nervous. I have just recently started scratching my arms again after several years of not doing it. It's like the first time it took me a long time to get to that point but now its just getting easier and easier to hurt myself. My right arm now looks like it went through a cheese grater. Everything that I have tried to help me cope with what is going on isn't working anymore. The more I do it the easier it becomes and the more guilt I feel for doing it.

I stopped about 10 years ago and had a few slips here and there but nothing like this. I am still trying to find ways to help me not do it but as I am sure you are aware its difficult.

@Chinadolllh I get urges in my wrist and I bang my hands together If I am hungry. It's a sign a self harm. I know that if I eat something, usually within 30 minutes or less it goes away

@Chinadolllh I had a month where I disappeared. I wasn't in control of my body. I was in a constant fight "something" destructive. If I cut again, I will not make it where i live.
