I wonder if we could start a "Positive Attitude" group or something like that were we quote positive things or just give our own positive thoughts and experiences? Some place were we don't post problems and maybe get in a better mood.??
Any thoughts?

@105 I thought your idea was great! I asked them about a new group for people with Dupuytrens Contracture which I have. I got the same response. However, they have numerous different groups. I guess it's not a good idea unless it comes from them.

105 Self esteem, ego, and confidence are easily confused. But they are different. You can have confidence to do a specific activity or task but still have low self esteem. Ego is actually not a good thing; it's your self esteem that you want to have solid. According to David J. Liberman Ph.D. in his book "Never Get Angry Again" he says ego and self esteem are phycological inverses of each other. This is a good read. Even mood is different. There are ways to boost self esteem. Making responsible choices is one way to feel better about yourself.
