I've been dealing with more paranoid thoughts than usual. Not sure what to do when my symptoms flair up. I do have some coping skills like journaling what i'm paranoid about. Rationalizing the thoughts out. Seems to help but the paranoia is always there. Isolation has been a coping mechanism of mine for quite sometime and from what i've read it can make my symptoms worse. I try to force myself to get out of my apt, but it just leads to more irrational thoughts.

@CKBlossom It does in a sense that I'd rather not smell it. I was addicted to it for years.

@Ferris Ah, could you maybe ask them to smoke outside?

@CKBlossom It's not so much that they smoke around me, but more so if I go there I can smell it. I could give them a heads-up that I'm stopping by. Ask them to spray some air freshener.
