How do you cope with someone who you’ve been with for year

How do you cope with someone who you’ve been with for years, who is going through schizophrenia & spiritual confusion? I can’t seem to accept that things will never be the same. There were signs over time but I didn’t think it was a big deal. It happened overnight & I’ve only got to see him once. He was never like this. We were cuddling and happy a week ago and now he thinks someone is inside of him telling him what to do. I can’t stop crying, I miss him so bad it feels like I’ve lost someone who I will never know. I’m a huge trigger for him, he thinks I’m evil. He said he still loves me but he doesn’t want to hear from me or see me. The medication is called Zyprexa. That’s the first meds they’ve tried. Will he remember me and come back to me and his daughter? What should I look out for when he comes back? How do I get through this?

Yes meant to be on this one - 'spiritual confusion' caught my eye, I have knowledge but have to be careful and take it easy what I say because many people don't understand if its not proven by science and I don't wan't to be chucked off here on starting blocks before Ive started lol..... So I wait now for some replies see whose interested over the next few days, if people just sit back and wait then nothing will happen, so we see if anyone's interested.

I am going through the same thing with a schizophrenic spouse. It's hell on earth. I certainly wish you well. This has literally just about killed me. I am only a shell of what I once was.
