Do you have to hear voices in your head to be schizophrenic?

Do you have to hear voices in your head to be schizophrenic?
Or can the symptoms be:
Paranoia, jealousy, depression, anger, desiring isolation?
Does anyone struggle in relationships because you’re always mad at your partner for things you think they will do or things you think they are doing ? Or are you often mad at them because you think they are verbally attacking you or criticizing you or judging you when they speak?

Hi, those symptoms could be any one of a number of things. If they are causing you a lot of distress it would be a good idea to talk to someone about it.
