I worked two jobs and went to nursing school full time. I stayed up all day and night with him until he went to sleep, then i did homework and went right back to school. I cut off my friends. I let him abuse me. I devoted myself to him. I bought his clothes. I gave him my money after every shift. I let him take my car. I paid his bills. I gave his "best friend" (also the one he was cheating on me with) a computer that my tribe gave to me for graduating. I didnt fight with him when he got out of bed at 4 in the morning to go be with her. I didnt fight with him when he didnt come home. All he said to me was "I just want to be pampered for a while, Im tired".

The sick part is that I understand that feeling now. Im tired. I just want someone to take care of me the way I have been taking care of everyone else.

Does that make me a horrible person?

Nnnnnope. It makes you human. Being strong all the time, and taking care of everything all the time gets old quick. Every invention has blinked into existence with the intent to make it so we have to do as little as possible.

That makes you a person who for once want to put herself first. which is good. We have one life so if you waste all your time taking care of people who never return the favour it makes your life a little bitter and sad. So I say For Once Live For Yourself You Deserve It

Definitely nope You deserve to be pampered and being taken care by someone too. Now, maybe can start taking good care of yourself and always love yourself in prior. It doesn't mean you need to be a selfish person. It just need to know when to say No in the right time. Take care.
