I met a person. He's my academic mentor. He showed that he didn't care much about me. But, through certain talks I got to know that he has spied my fb. And whenever he sees me, he tries to smile with me, I feel like he's interested in me. But, I really don't know. Does anyone have any idea on this?
When I met him yesterday, he was in anger with someone. But, when he saw me he tried to smile and said that he's nutts off at the moment and don't think bad about it.

Hmmm. Well, I don't know much about facebook. I am not on it. I do think many people cruise facebook for any number of reasons. When ever a new client calls our office to set up an appointment and ask about payment arrangements, one of the younger girls will look them up and feel them out. Certainly not the most scientific ways of dealing with the issue but my point is people use the facebook for any number of things. I have always had the rule to stick with what I know. If this young man is not making any proclamations, do not assume he's just in denial or something. I think people waste a lot of time pursuing someone who does not wish to be pursued. Until he says something to the contrary, assume he is just someone who is trying to be nice. OR, your other option is to just state how you feel. He may say something you don't want to hear but at least you would know.

Yeah. I think he tries to be a nice person, but I don't know about it. Whenever I sent him an official email, he doesn't send a reply back. May be he's too proud of himself and look down upon me. When things happens as such, I don't have any feelings for that person. He isn't bothered to reply to my email means he doesn't care for me as well.
