how do you know when it’s time to take a break ? i feel like i’m caving under the stress of my relationship. fighting feelings and trying to meet expectations and be a good partner but it’s hard and i feel incapable. The relationship is very codependent and i almost feel like i will lose a part of myself if it were to end. I’ve had so much anxiety about the state i would be in if we broke up. Nonetheless there’s so much love in the relationship but there’s been a serious disconnect for a long time

I think you might need to see a therapist. I think it would help. Just to talk it out and sort through your feelings to give you perspective and make a decision, maybe you're also depressed

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. My husband just asked me to move out and I feel completely destroyed. I have been with him for 9 years and our lives are so intermingled that I have no idea how to even begin to cope.
Would your partner be open to therapy? Having an unbiased party helping you both to communicate could be helpful. Maybe trying a new hobby together??

Sending good vibes your way.

We finally decided to end the relationship and i feel lost. we were in a relatively good place and were going through a phase where the relationship felt new and fun again so that was a good distraction for awhile. but deep down we were both still not completely happy. i don’t know what to do because i feel like somehow everything is my fault but i can’t really say why i feel this way. i also don’t know if i can see the separation through
