I'm trying my hardest to control my c-ptsd this week...I've

I'm trying my hardest to control my c-ptsd this week...I've been forced out of my home, oddly my car broke down as I was going to leave (posed numerous challenges that aggitated my symptoms), and I've had to go out into the world move than I'd prefer lately which has had a physical effect on my health...so now my skin has flared up and is quite painful again...I just need stability, safety, quiet, and order...on the outside I appear ok except for the periodic and embarrassing crying spells but inside I'm an utter mess just looking for a safe place to hide...

@overberringer just focus on you and your needs, that's what's important first, once you get yourself back up and running you can start to get yourself on the track to enjoying your life and bettering your mind

@Ringer again...that's good advice..I'm trying...just as I get one step closer to trying to gain personal ground an "unexpected" mishap happens that manages to set me back financially as well as emotionally...but I'm still trying...it's NOT easy!!!! There are some really monsterous people in the world...some people have a talent for being calm, cool, verbal antagonists...they know exactly what to say and in a tone and mannerism that's soooo rude and demeaning that they can pluck anyone's strings...

@overberringer trust me, I know what that's like, for me that's my family, they've even robbed me before and took all my money. I know it's hard to do, extremely hard but it is possible, you can do it if you just stick to the right track and be your own person. Eventually you'll get there, it took me almost 3 years to get myself stable again and living as normally as possible. But my point really is that if you set yourself for it you can get past the people and the random mishaps that'll set you back, because all it is is a setback, that doesn't mean it won't ever happen, if that makes any sense?
