I’m terrified of describing my symptoms to my therapist, but I know I need help. I’m terrified of putting any of it into words. I’m terrified.

My daughter is your age and has the same symptoms. If you would like to talk to her, please message me. Maybe you two can support one another.

As long as it doesn't reach out and grab you. You will be fine. Images are attached to a what is happening around you. Repeating lyrics, eating something you enjoy, or exercising can reduce what you feel. The more you are trapped inside by your thoughts the less of chance of recovering. You can get though them.
