I believe that I have an anxiety disorder. Most likely a panic disorder. For over a year I have been struggling to try and get my emotions in check and nothing works. I am always in fear of having another panic or anxiety attack. It has ruined my relationship. I need help and I don't know what to do anymore. I don't have money for treatment or even to just go to the doctor about it. I don't know what to do but I do know that I need help. Any suggestions?

I have been diagnosed with Anxiety/Panic Disorder, Depression. I have been in therapy and still on medication with follow up Dr appointments and still working to stay in the present. But in high stress, usually involving my husband, I still resort to using Xanax and sleeping pills to put myself out quickly. Trust me, that’s not a solution and I’m still struggling. The therapist did give me a couple places on the internet to turn to for help. One is called Mindful and the other is Uplift. Both have really good articles designed to help bring on peace of mind. Hope it helps.

That actually really helps me a lot. Since I can't go see a doctor or therapist myself right now, it's good to know what they might suggest. Thank you!
