I have OCD routines and they take up a lot of my time. I have managed to get bits shorter at cost of feeling as though I am lazy etc. If anybody else also has routines, can you share how you motivate yourself to do them? For example, I have a routine for before midnight. Sometimes I just really don't want to do it but know I have to. I sit there wasting my time until I get so stressed that its quarter to midnight and I haven't done this routine. It makes me feel like an imposter, if that makes any sense. But yes, if anyone has any ideas of how I can stop procrastonation of my routines? (Sorry for the spelling haha)
Thanks xx
