I feel like at this point trying to lose weight would be like trying to empty a bathtub with a teaspoon. I am the heaviest I have EVER been. I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight my entire life. I can't remember a time when I shopped in the regular size clothing. Right now I weigh 350 pounds. I am 5'7" and wear a 26 pants and a 20/22 top. I'm not absolutely disgusted with how I look (my boyfriend loves me the way I am), but I know that I would feel even more confident if I slimmed down. We are currently TTC (trying to conceive) and I know if I lost weight it would happen easier. I just have zero motivation at all. I don't want to work out, I want to eat what I want when I want it and I just am falling into a sinking depression. How do I get out of this? How do I get this motivation and make a change in my life?

You are not alone, I am also 5'7 but weight in at 380 but I wear much larger sizes. When you find that inspiration let me know where it is! I could use a dose of it myself.
