Just 2 days of meditation makes me feel great. Anyone else here who's relieved symptoms of OCD and anxiety with mediation, exercise and yoga?

These things have definitely helped me in past. I find myself struggling to keep on top of and doing these things lately. One thing I do every day now for anxiety is prayer and calm walks. I’m glad your finding relief, and wish you the best!
