I am being replaced April 12th. So I have to start looking again and I have to take anything. My parents are very disappointed in me especially since I have had 6 jobs in 4 years all of which were temp jobs. I deal with chronic conditions as well that are just getting worse. I have been accused in the past by my parents of using pain as a crutch.

@bmilbrath Do you have email alerts set up for jobs that you are qualified for? I know it saves me time and I don't have to search through jobs I'm not interested in. You have had these chronic conditions all of your life, are there any support groups you can join through a hospital or maybe the Health Department? Maybe start one? I am single, have been for 8 years and not many friends, however I did meet a few by going to some evening adult classes. We have Woodrow Wilson Rehab center here and they offer low price classes, I made friends that way by meeting people with shared likes. Maybe you can try and look into your local recreation department. Are you eligible for UE? That would give you some income.

@Snowghost60 I have worked for a total of 6 months I believe, but I don't know if I will get unemployment or even how long it will last if I do. Probably not enough to be able to live on my own.

@bmilbrath in Virginia you have to work for an employer for 250 hours and with the virus I know some rules don't apply, in my case I was laid off so I won't be penalized for losing my job.
