TRIGGER WARNING? My mind is racing, too many thoughts, too many things, I don't know what to focus on first, what to do. Too much going on in my life and I'm only one tiny person and idk how to make things slow down.

Find a quiet place, low lighting. Now breathe slowly. In and out through the nose. Using only your diaphragm, meaning do not take the breaths into your chest and lungs. Only your belly and lower ribs should be moving in and out. Do not hold your breath during this exercise. Breathe out longer than it takes you to breathe in. Remove all thoughts during this time. In the beginning, do this multiple times a day.

Hang in there. You got this!

Tiny people are the best, they build this world and become more and we see them as amazing and grow larger than life. You are not tiny, because you reached out. You are not tiny because you are hurting. You are better and more than you know you are, and if anyone tells you otherwise, then they are the small people you are afraid you are yourself. As for eventful and stressful calendars, I completely understand and sympathize and my only advice is to take it slow and take a deep breath. If you miss something, a deadline or a project, it's alright, it's not the end of the world. Don't stress waiting for the deadline to come along, do everything you can to finish things efficiently and effectively. (positive) Music helps to get things done and reduce stress while doing so, making it more enjoyable, just don't try this when you have to communicate to others, they might not enjoy that so much XP Thanks, @capuccinogrl1414
