@help2help All therapists seem the same to me. Not good or bad -- I don't use those words to describe them. It seems like "a waste of time", for me. Hey, if it helps you then great, but I think what helps some people may not help others.

There are a lot of factors involved, your fear of the unknown weighs in. I don't drive the expressways. Too much metal and plastic moving at high speeds stresses me. lol, it takes 1.5 hours to travel 30 miles but I'm relaxed when I get there.
