I'm excited to go back to work, but I'm nervous about the new protocols at my job because I'm afraid I will forget to do something and get fired over it. I need the money to move out of my mom's house, and if I rely on her and my family, I will lose my job because my mom have told me to take an Uber to work or miss work for a blackout game I couldn't afford to take off of.

First, study the protocols to be sure you understand them. Then, make yourself a short checklist, maybe on a sticky note and put it on the door before you leave or in the car where you can see it. This will get you to work prepared. Then once you're at work, they likely have signage up reminding of the protocols. If you prepare, there is less to worry about. And hopefully, a first time infraction won't lead to dismissal. That would be harsh. Do your best and you should be fine. You got this! Prayers for peace.

@pam4him Thank you. My work environment is a great environment, and my boss really trusts me and cares about my mental state as an employee. I will do my best in doing as I'm told at work.
