I am feeling a little lost. I believe there's evidence of manipulation and alienation from my co-parent regarding myself and my daughter. I have requested a parental responsibilities evaluation in court. If anyone has experience with this especially in Colorado I would love to chat with you about it.

May 14Thank you for reaching out. We've been in court since April 2021. My visitation was canceled when I was asking for court ordered family therapy to resolve some of our co-parenting issues.
I've spent 10 grand on a lawyer so far this year. Looking at 6 to 10 grand more for a parental responsibilities evaluation. I'm seeking to talk to someone who has had a pre done.
I am a great dad, however it's been over a year since our visitation has been canceled by my co-parent.

May 16How did the co-parent get the visitation cancelled? I would focus on that first; see if you can get visitation re-established. It is hard to give advice when I have so many questions.
