I met someone on accident and he is a really really good person. Its been 3 months since i have been with my ex but he thinks he can still touch me and talk to me like we are together. I told the guy I am talking to the situation and he is 100% understanding.. How do i ask the narc to leave without him blowing up and causing an issue? Is it okay to have feelings for anther person at this time?

@overett if that is a plan you want to go for, finding another apartment, then I would do that before saying anything.

I agree, the nanny cam, though you will need to check your local laws for what is admissible as some states will not accept it as evidence unless they are aware they are being recorded, and could even file charges against you for recording them without their knowledge. Also, if you have evidence, you can ask that your landlord take either you, or him off the lease, because of abuse. Here is a link to the Housing Rights of Domestic Violence Survivors doc http://nhlp.org/files/Domestic%20violence%20housing%20compendium%20FINAL7.pdf
It lists all the states and their laws regarding the rights of people who are in your situation. Pending on what state you are in, you might be able to have the landlord remove him from the lease and evict him if he will not go or be taken off of the lease so you can find another place which might be the quicker/ easier way. If you dont have evidence, you could talk to the landlord, and explain the situation and they will let you out without the evidence. No matter what you decide, it is nice to know what your rights are, to know your options!
