I know what you mean. It is so hard to find the time to exercise when you have kids let alone when one is a baby. Haha! Even if you can fit in 10 mins or just a walk down the street/mall, it can help to lift your spirits. Just the action of moving or doing something can help to encourage your soul. I always dread getting started exercising, but I'm so thankful I did once I get started. It does feel so amazing.

Certainly a struggle I face as well. I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to complete this long list of things aside from what's really necessary. Do you generally try to stick to a schedule during the day? I know this is one of the hardest things for me but just having a few days a week that are more structured as well as some down time would probably help to find a balance. At what points do you find it hardest to get motivated (times of day, week or season)?
