I had a miscarriage about a month and a half ago. I am finding that I am on a rollercoaster of emotions. One minute I will be laughing and smiling and the next I will be thinking about my baby and wishing I could hold them. I miss them every second and I sometimes feel that if I'm happy in that moment I'm somehow forgetting them and I hate myself. I find I want to self harm to maybe show myself how much I miss them. I don't know writing this it doesn't make sense and I feel like I'm going crazy. My fiancé is hurt every time I tell him what is going on. Don't get me wrong he is vey understanding and patient but I want to stop causing him to worry.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is such a gut punch to loose something you are so excited about. It is okay to be sad and to be honest and vulnerable with your fiance.

I'm so sorry for your loss, girl. My heart goes out to you at this time. Please don't be hard on yourself. It hurts, and yet the hurting isn't all bad, because it's a part of the love you feel for your baby. I'd suggest that you talk to a grief counselor. I just said a prayer for you and your fiance, and I hope that God will surround you with His comfort and heal you whenever you hurt.
