So...looking for a little advice: I have been taking Ashwagandha for many months now, and initially, it was helping me sleep. (As opposed to waking at 3am and staring at the ceiling for 3 hours). I'm thinking of just stopping it as perhaps it has lost its effectiveness and I really can't afford to supplement at a higher dosage than what I currently use. I've tried relaxing teas, which only cause a new problem. Yup. Urination. Lol. What other natural remedies have any of the ladies here used to help them with the sleep and night sweats? I have no interest in estrogen therapy.

@madaboutyou awww, thank you honey!! I made a promise at the lowest point of my life to help others thru this if He could help me thru this....the next day I actually found the patience to start researching all of this mess....now that's a sign from above!
I love my poms.... I raised them for 15 years but my breeding pair are retired and gone now...I miss them soooooo much!! I need to get another baby but I am working so much that I don't have time to train them right now. One day I will slow down enough. Hugs your way

@chimama remember to be patient with it honey...takes 60 to 90 days to synch your hormones up.. the book WHAT YOUR DR MAY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT MENOPAUSE outlines exactly how to use the cream...when, where, how much...I got a used copy on eBay for $5...best resource I've found in my search!!
