I was wondering if anyone experiences Internal head and body

I was wondering if anyone experiences Internal head and body tremors with menopause? I have been to the Ent Dr and had a ct scan and several other testing.He cant find anything.I heard that sometime women going through menopause go through this.I also feel like my ears are clogged at times
