I don't know if it is hormones but I am getting really angry lately because I can't drink. It has never bothered me before but lately it has. My husband and I would go out with friends and they will drink and spend around 20.00 - 30.00 each on beer or whatever and I always get a lemonade or pop which is 3.00. Then my husband says don't worry she is driving. It never bothered me before but now it does. The comments hurt. He said it has never bothered you before so why now? He even said fine I won't drink if that makes you feel better. I don't want to be the person that makes everyone feel they can't have fun while I sit and do nothing. I'm not sure how to deal with this. The last time I had a drink I was 23 and had a seizure. I mean one time I wanted to get one and my husband said well it is up to you. Do you want to pay the consequences and can't drive when you have one? It just hurts so bad. I am to the point where I don't want to even go out anymore so I don't have to be called the DD.

Good morning sweetie! I do believe that yes, your increased anger at things that normally would not bother you are hormones! I was the same exact way several years ago before I got control of this! I mean, wow! I would seriously flip out over some really small, petty things and then get so mad and depressed about it that I would spend the next three days overthinking the situation and letting it ruin the whole week for us!
Are you back to the gym yet? That’s really going to help keep your stress level down so you can more easily let things go.
I’m praying for you honey... I know this is hard but whatever little steps you can take to get this under control will be a great benefit to you!
Are you getting the new pup today?

Thanks. We did get the new dog. She is so good but my other dog doesn't like her. Feel better now that I have another dog. She loves to cuddle with me and play with the kids.
