So I've gotten the idea in my head to get some herb. I am weighing the pros and cons of smoking again. How can I justify it, use my sleep as an excuse to get some, or just to numb the pain and suffering how I feel? It's been since early December I last smoked- so around 5 months. If I remember right from treatment I am at the 'wall' juncture in the addiction recovery. Last time I smoked I didn't like how it made me feel and I was super paranoid and had lots of anxiety. I don't think it would be any different if I smoked again. I'm already paranoid enough tbh.

@Ferragus I have found that melatonin gummies and some yoga before bed put me in a good place to have a restful night sleep.
