Anyone else feel like this?
Today I feel like I'm 'recycling' old energy from like 12mos ago. The tank seems empty. Loss of energy for me slips me into the dark hole of so much negative loss including -Loneliness.
We all want to be part of something inclusive...like can I barrow some 'hope' from you today?
You bounce back n forth from desperately seeking rescue from the Big Guy upstairs to feeling like you've been dropped off on the Island of No Return.
I used to love to share humor but maybe all mine was sarcastic and now it's backfired?
It's probably just the way I'm wired but sh*t! Why is it so hard to find purpose??
I guess the humans that used to make me want to get up in the morning have all left for parts unknown.

@Brent1228 I love when I type out a whole response and Sg dumps it!
My problem: can't seem to remind my brain of 'anything' especially how to do a better job please.

Ok, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing came about in the 1980s. I just met another person who had good luck w it for 2 separate issues recently. The cost is like a copay amount per session. But the therapist ministering it should be EMDR cert of course...
It's a way of 'redirecting' thoughts away from constantly visiting the same memories over and over. Those who struggle with ptsd, etc...benefit. I was informed...'no, you don't end up losing your precious memory and doesn't mess w creativity'. It somehow scans and measures your eye movements during initiated specific areas (chosen ahead of time).
If I can't move past the recent crap I'm dealing with, I just might consider this, at this point, what do I have to lose?

@BostonBorn
It's weird that you guys were having 100 degrees weather and I am in the South and have 80's degrees. Is it supposed to be the other way around?

@Brent1228 I can certainly relate to arthritic joints... I've had a shoulder and a thumb joint replaced from arthritis and have recently begun to grit my teeth from lower back pain when I get up too. This getting old crap 'ain't' for wimps. Somehow the cold can make me feel a bit better between feeling numb and the cold reduces the swelling too. It's all what we're used to I guess. I probably couldn't survive in your climate either.
