I have not had adequate sleep for a few months, ever since discovering his infidelity.
Nightmares haunt me and I get disrupted sleep.
I was wondering if anyone else here experienced this and I'd appreciate some tips and advice. Thank you

I saw a psychologist on a YouTube video who said, When a person has an affair, it's actually common for them to try and convince their mate that they're imagining their suspicions and circumstantial evidence. Some will even deny actual stark evidence and say their accusing spouse is "madd" "crazy" and in need of "help". But the truth is they don't wanna face the accusations they know are true. So that could be what is happening with your spouse.

Dec 1, 2018Gas lighting is something narcissistic (NPD) persons do. But according to the experts even a person who is not NPD will gas light about an affair. It's supposedly very common.
