Four months since D-Day. I have really stabilized quite a bit. I'm eating and sleeping better, and not having so many flashbacks and bad thoughts about her affair. This past weekend we had a pretty bad fight but it felt like progress because even though it was terrible, I did not feel worried that she would run away back to her AP or do anything else destructive like that. It really does get better with time.

Glad to hear you are eating and sleeping better. I think fights are normal for our healing process. Don't hold pack let her excalty know how you're feeling.

No running back to AP. Now that's progress. I'm so happy you're doing better in your relationship after all your hard work and struggles. : )
