10 months after d-day, convos around when are having kids ca

10 months after d-day, convos around when are having kids came up, i had said i am not ready yet and would like the relationship to be in a better place before we have kids. we are approaching 36 yrs of age and with possible complications involved, i have now been told we are not having kids and the decision is out of my hands. I understand that waiting too long is not the best of ideas to have children but more importantly for me having kids in a toxic relationship is worse. I am at loss for words and feel like i am being pushed. i shared this with a friend and was told this could be emotional abuse. is that the case? am i too close to see it or should i be thinking about kids as time waits for no man

@StillHurt901, Okay. Well I suppose it would be unfair to judge a person's motives. However in any case similar, I'd probably wonder if the person was subconsciously or even consciously attempting to save the marriage by entrapping their spouse in a pregnancy. Regardless all that matters, at this time, is what you need to build yourself up, after being trampled in the past.

@StillHurt901, And another thing, is the fact she is blessed you stayed at all, let alone in the position to make any demands.
