Blah feel like im sinking more and more built up resentment

@chas188 understandable, it comes down to you with all this. Time to put you first. Even if you have guilt. The guilt isn’t on you. Take the focus off you and your feelings of guilt it’s normal to feel this way. If the trust isn’t there and all this time has gone by you know what your answer is. Go with your gut/heart feelings. Your still suffering from all that pain you deserve to be happy. From what you have explained you havnt been happy with her in a long time.

@chas188 not great tbh. I have days where I’m doing doing alright and keep telling myself I’ve got this - it’s happened and can’t do anything to change this so don’t beat myself up as it’s in the past.

But then I get loads of days where I just feel lost and lonely and drifting further and further apart.

@Tropicalstorm sad but true not fully happy or fulfilled we are " ok" but want more than that some days think it's possible and probably is but the pain of this is no joke I really really wish I took some time back then to leave for a minute there days can't look at her without wondering more think its close to holidays and found out about all holidays they spent not sure y triggering so much lately
