ugh I feel like I’m re digging my rabbit hole. I was doing slightly better but now, god I’m so immensely Pissed off because I don’t have control and that makes me feel vulnerable and scared and f*ck if I’m scared. how do I live by this any longer :/

You have to let go of the need for control. There is no way you can have certainty when you have ocd, and you have to accept that in order to get better.

I feel you. I had a great 2 weeks and then boom today it just was so bad again and I couldn’t turn it off
