Tip on getting over OCD: Accept Obssesiobs instead of resisting them. You probably know how much you resist your obsessions. Since you have experienced the psychological pain of getting stuck in your obsessions, you become afraud of them and try to avoid them. Yet, research has shown that attempts to resist thoughts usually make them more likely to persist.

The more you resust your obsessions, the longer they remain in your kind and the more frequently they return. It is as though your attempts to solve your problem actually worsen it.

If this is true, then by accepting your obsessions, they should diminish. That is what often happens when people choose to face their worries directly, even to encourage them: The painful experience thoughts begin yo fade away. Your obsessions will continue to be powerful as long as you remain afraid of them and fight them. When you stop resisting, they will no longer persist.

I agree with the fact that you shouldn’t resist! I find it more helpful to ignore/ let the obsession be, since accepting can cause a lot of panic.

@bluebirds141516 Yeah I don't mean you should come out. But accepting that you are having obsessions and not caring about the truth behind them will help.
