I am accepting thoughts that come to my head, is this the right method? I accept all intrusive thoughts and move on without checking for reactions, this has helped me in the past. I just wanted to know if this is a good method as I think facing the fear is a good way.

I think it's good to go from experience. If it's been really helpful for you in the past, then you should keep going with it. If you find later that it's not working anymore you could try something else. I know that the whole "accepting thoughts" method has helped other people. I think when my OCD was at it's worst, I couldn't do that because it made me really panic. But stopping the compulsion that comes with the thought is AMAZING.
