Over the last year or so I so be been following potential cures, I would be willing to put every $ I have to be cured of this! I know it shouldn’t be up to us the people but I think with the 47000 odd members on here we could raise lot of $$$ to be able to get the help we need! We don’t deserve getting this and not having a way to fix it.

@Jud3hawk You are so right that diet and cleansing plays a large role in the body healing. I am aiming to change my diet and follow a strict eating regime with the right vitamins and minerals. I firmly believe in this method. The junk we put it only adds fuel to any fire.

@35years Sure, definitely agree here re time, money and testing. I am sure something will come up in the future that will either suppress the virus long term else completely cure this. I have been using acyclovir since my first outbreak in December. It seems to work for me. I need to come off this though cause my body needs to also learn to combat the virus. I haven't used the topical ointment though. I think Jud3hawk is right about diet etc... I think this can do a lot to assist the immune system. Also, I am using something called L-Lysine daily. 3 pills (500mg) 3 times a day to assist my body to combat the virus. Some say it works for them others say not at all. Maybe look into that. In addition to this try zinc and vitamin B co supplements. I also heard vitamin D helps too.

I don’t have outbreaks but I’m considered to have it because I tested positive. According to research I can still pass it on and could have an outbreak one day. I don’t really understand this disease at all. I wish it could be wiped from my blood work, but nope...its always there.
