ive been on suppressive therapy since my diagnosis about 3-4

ive been on suppressive therapy since my diagnosis about 3-4 eeeks ago, and i believe ive had two ob. is this normal??? i thought being on daily valtrex was supposed to lessen the amount of outbreaks. has this happened to anyone else? im feeling so hopeless.

The outbreaks are more frequent when it's newly acquired or spreads to a new spot. They decrease over time. I don't even take Valtrex anymore because it's so long between OB. I really didn't see a difference while taking Valtrex

YES. YOUR BODY IS STILL GETTING USED TO THE VIRUS SO YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE A FEW BACK TO BACK'S UNTIL YOUR BODY HAS GOTTEN USED TO ITS NEW ROOMATE. YOU'LL START TO GET RELIEF SOON.
