I found out in late April this year that I have HSV1 through a routine STD check.My doctor told me not to take hsv testing if i dont have symptoms or OB and I should have listened to her. Now I have this emotional distress. I have no courage to tell my husband about this because this might lead to divorce and he might think I had an affair. I have so symptoms but I'm planning to tell him once I have an outbreak. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and all I'm thinking right now is my baby's safety from hsv. I'm trying to be as healthy as I can despite the nausea and upset stomach. It stresses me out more when I read articles that I have to disclose to partners right away about my condition. Please don't judge me if I can't tell right now, I simply have no courage to do so.

@a_survivor Thank you for the validation. It's really hard and a mental struggle to convince myself I will be fine while I also have to deal with morning sickness and nausea from my pregnancy. :D

@hello85
it's always hard to see it now, but wait 'till the dust settles and the baby arrives... you then know that you'll be okay! weather the storm before you reach the calm sea...
