[175]

Feeling better than the day before. Its been whole week and a half since I found out. It does get easier, I guess. Going to the dr on Tuesday was a lot more comforting than I thought it would be. Steven (my boyfriend) came with and it was confronting to a degree. They explained that I can still have a baby vaginal as long as I’m clear down there. Which made me feel better. I don’t have kids yets and it would, maybe, sometime I might want to experience. Lol. And that nothing really is different unless I have a break out. Which mean I’ll just have to monitor my body regularly. Then also I found out that I’ve been living with this for years. My dr told me that I could have potentially got anywhere for when I was born to the age of 19. Based upon the test they did with the antibodies.

Also today is the day that Steven goes to get checked. It’s selfish of me to want him to have this with me. But a part of me does so that I don’t have this journey alone. But we are not going to think that way.

On a lighter note how is everyone?

So happy that you have someone in your corner to go through this with. And that you’re feeling better. I was doing good, up until September, when I got my first outbreak in 3 yrs. Then another in November, that I am dealing with now. And noticed this morning I have a new sore that was not there prior outbreaks. But you know what, I’m not gonna let this get me down. I’m gonna pray and try to be positive about this! It’s hard, but I have to try.

@JJ86 Thanks for the words of encouragement. You will make it through this as well. I’m just confused. Last night I had hot chocolate with my kids and this morning I noticed another outbreak, small but it’s there, and when I checked a while ago, I have another small one on the other side. This is my fourth outbreak, and it’s always been just that one sore that outbreaks. Now I have 2 little ones. I made an appointment with my doctor. To find out what’s going on. It’s stressful.
