Does anyone else have constant outbreaks? I'm on my 3rd sin

[130]

Does anyone else have constant outbreaks? I'm on my 3rd since Oct 13 - 4 this month already. It's been like this for 6 years with only a few occasions where I've had breaks of 2 to 3 weeks in between OBs. I have constant tingling and pain. No antivirals work and they all make me very VERY ill. I've tried olive leaf, oregano, melissa, monolaurin, red algae, huge doses of lysine etc etc etc... My diet is fish, veggies, green apples and water - that's it - and yet I still get constant outbreaks.

I'm literally beside myself. SIX YEARS OF THIS!!

I'm going to see if the doc will prescribe squaric acid and see if that works, but would love any guidance from anyone else who has suffered like this. I'd never get colds or flu or any other sickness.

I'm working with a naturopath who is helping me clean out my body from all the other crap that's going on with it, but I would love some relief from the outbreaks.

I am an attractive 39yo female who wanted to get married and have kids, but I'm stuck in a cycle of outbreaks. I just finally met someone who was wonderful and very caring, vulnerable, aware, perceptive... he had health issues in the past so we bonded over that (as I have too) and I adore him - I've never had the emotional intimacy and connection that I experienced with him. We agreed to take things super slow and when I finally revealed the hsv2 status he said it was fine and cuddled me, telling me he just needed to process it. Then he TEXTED!! me saying he couldn't put himself at risk and wouldn't be able to "flow naturally" with me and told me I should've told him when we first met. This f'ing virus is a sh*t head!!!

Hi, I have been where you are. I’m also 39 and have had frequent outbreaks they used to be every 3 months the longest I’ve gone in 20 years was 6months! I like you tried everything, if only I ate this, cut this out, took these vitamins etc etc. I also spent years feeling depressed, ashamed, alone you name it. I know for me a lot of it comes down to my thoughts around Shame and self worth. After so many years I’ve finally realized for me it’s mental and emotional. I have been working a lot with energy as I’m a reiki practitioner now and keeping my energy in a higher frequency and also what I chose to focus on (or not focus on). I have done reiki on myself everyday, surprisingly As a result I have actually gained more confidence, I’ve opened up. I’ve been healing on an emotional level and work on it everyday with journaling, energy work and speaking about my “shame” so it no longer has power/control over me. I was just about to get an outbreak the other day, the tiniest red bump.... No itching, no spreading and just like that it dried up. For me that was a huge win! I know that you need to eat healthy but our mental/emotional and spiritual health is so vital as well. I highly recommend working with a reiki practitioner or energy work along with your other healing modalities if you can. Good luck in your healing journey

@Herpalert Yes, naturopaths are the best, as long as you get a good one. I've found that many functional docs, holistic docs, just want to give supplements to solve the surface problem, the same as regular docs really, but without the pharmaceuticals. So, it's important to find someone that can work with you to heal the underlying concerns. And what @highvibes says down below is also really true. I've been doing a lot of deep healing work on the energetic level - meditation, healing meditation, breathwork, reiki, SRT... it's all connected.

@Highvibes Thank for this. Yes, for sure the energetic, spiritual and emotional healing is definitely important. It's all connected. I've been doing a lot of that - meditation, healing visualizations, SRT, theta, energy healing. I'm a Reiki master too yay, so I work on myself sometimes, but find I struggle with that for some reason. It's annoying as I have so much success with my clients!! Thanks for reaching out and sharing your story.
