I made this yesterday. Pineapple, banana, strawberry and green lettuce. I did put a few flaxseeds in this but it doesn’t need it. Sometimes I do want a little fat. But it only comes from flaxseed or avocado and not very much.

Then I also take a few pineapple slices and freeze them. Frozen fruit is good to snack on. Ripe bananas chopped up and put in the freezer also are yummy to suck on. They so sweet.
Sweet is good when you take out the fat.

It’s all backwards out there. Misinformation everywhere. The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is only in one place.

@CKBlossom I was counting calories 2000 for a strict drop. Didn't work, now I'm on a high protein no sugar, carbs or starches. Similar to Akins, little fruit cause of sugar. Meat and veggies is my thing anyway, it's working if I can control potions :) add a little water aerobics I might be on my way somewhere. Surgery perhaps! :)

@DearPeace I hope I didn't sound like I was judgy in anyway about calories, I am just too darn lazy! I like Whole30 as a reset, I find that rules stick with me and I can follow something for 30 days. The older I get, the harder it is to maintain a good weight, add in my thyroid is slowly dying with Hashimotos and man, even harder.
